BoBo, s.r.o. is a transportation company established in 2024, headquartered in Trnava. We operate in both international and domestic freight transport across EU countries. Over our 20-year history, we have built stable relationships with our clients and suppliers. Currently, we operate a fleet of 23 vehicles, primarily Mercedes-Benz and MAN models, including 120 cbm jumbo trucks and tractor units with mega trailers. Our customer approach is highly professional, focusing on quality and efficiency in our service offerings. An essential part of meeting our customers’ expectations and requirements is the monitoring system equipped in our vehicles.
We introduced the Webdispečink system to our vehicles in 2012, gradually transitioning from a competitor’s monitoring system. Webdispečink is ideal for our needs in tracking vehicles, maintaining trip records, managing travel orders, monitoring driver work schedules, calculating per diems, and more. Importantly, it also allows integration with various vehicle tracking and shipment systems directly within our clients’ platforms.
Over the years, the system has evolved, with developers regularly adding enhancements and fine-tuning details that we, as users, greatly appreciate. This commitment to continuous improvement based on user feedback makes it an almost perfect product.
In the past three years, the Webdispečink system has incorporated the Perfect Drive feature, which monitors driver behavior. Previously, we used factory products such as Mercedes FleetBoard and MAN Telematics/ RIO. The Perfect Drive system allows multi-brand compatibility, maintaining consistent driver behavior assessment across different vehicle manufacturers. Just as Webdispečink has advanced, developers are continually working to improve Perfect Drive.
Driver behavior monitoring is a crucial aspect for us, as it allows us to oversee economic and efficient driving among individual drivers, ultimately emphasizing safety, which goes together with driving efficiency. Perfect Drive helps us monitor, manage, and train drivers to drive safely, efficiently, and economically. We have been focusing on driver behavior since approximately 2014. Throughout this 10-year period, we have seen significant benefits from improving driving styles, including:
- Improved fuel efficiency by 10-15% (depending on route conditions)
- Reduction in brake wear by 300-400%
- Reduction in tire costs by 20-25%
- Increased driving safety, reducing insurance incidents
- Reduced wear on the entire vehicle drivetrain
We cannot imagine our work without Webdispečink and driver behavior evaluation, as it is a powerful tool for the effective management of our truck fleet and drivers, from both an economic and environmental sustainability perspective.
